1 Self-awareness

Self-awareness involves having a clear perception of our personality, strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivation, and emotions. It allows us not to only understand ourselves better but also to understand other people, their perceptions, attitudes and responses to us.

2 The aim of the program is to

•Teach you how to engage in a heightened state of self-awareness;
•Enable you to understand and take control of your behaviour AND emotions;
•Create a workplace where people can do their job in an environment free from harmful and improper behaviour;
•Create sustainable personal AND social changes within the organisation.

4 A Success-oriented Learning Environment

This is a very visual and interactive program and consists of various self-assessments (*) and activities related to each topic. Learners walk away with a personal wellness program and a goal setting plan for each of the above areas.
The one-hour sessions run over 10 weeks and can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on the business’ needs. Workshops are delivered at the workplace to ensure least disruption of operations.
Participants are supported by a mentor for the durance of the course
program. This program is most effective in a group setting and the cost can be fully funded through an available grant.
